All products on the Vijshop website are of excellent quality, and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. Before dispatch, we meticulously hand-check all orders to ensure they meet the highest standards.

In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly state on your RETURNS SHEET (included in your delivery) whether you prefer a size/colour exchange or a refund. Return the item to the following address.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT

We reserve the right not to process a refund for any returned items received outside the 14-day return period.

When trying on clothing, ensure that you are not wearing perfume/tan/makeup or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item.

All items must be returned in the original packaging, ensuring that garment labels have NOT been removed.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE RETURNS SHEET

If we find the item has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labeling, branding, and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Upon receipt and examination, we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit, or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, or in any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.

As a service to our customers, Vijshop would like to point out that we CANNOT take responsibility for items once washed and worn.

Underwear/earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM TO US.

We advise sending the parcel by Special Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensuring the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, we will be unable to give a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 10/15 days of receipt, and an email will confirm the return receipt.

After receiving your return, we will refund your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs), and the amount will be back in your account; please allow up to 10/15 working days. Refund processing times may vary depending on the card issuer.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE COSTS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

In the case of unwanted goods being refunded, we will not refund any duties, taxes, or postage costs imposed when delivered to the recipient.

EXCHANGES

We can only offer size/color exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest returning the item for a refund and purchasing the new item separately.

SALE ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

Note that all unsuitable sale items can be returned for a refund or exchange. We must receive the returned item within 14 days of the original delivery date.

We reserve the right not to process a refund for any returned items received outside the 14-day return period.

CUSTOM MADE CLOTHING

Please NOTE that Custom made Clothing CANNOT be returned or exchanged and is EXEMPT from our standard returns policy.

JEWELRY/EARRING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Earrings cannot be returned for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons. Vijshop treats all customers fairly.

FAULTY RETURNS

In the unlikely event where an item is deemed faulty, you must notify us by email [email protected] explaining the problem, and return the item to the returns address within 14 days. Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied.

Please note the item must NOT be worn, labels removed, or washed. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IF THE ITEM IS WORN, LABELS REMOVED, OR WASHED.

CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE DISPATCH

Please note an order can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed ONLY, as our team starts to process after this time. You can return to us if unsuitable when the item is received, as per the returns policy above.

This time frame also applies to PRE-ORDER ITEMS unless there is a significant delay in the delivery date.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS 2023

Any item purchased from Monday, 27th November 2023, can be returned until Friday, 5th January 2024. Thereafter, the normal return policy will apply as detailed above.
